How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship all orders placed
Monday through Friday within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will
be shipped on Monday. In most cases, if your order is placed by 2PM (EST)
it will ship the same day.
Is my order secure?
Here at PC Extras we take
privacy and take security very seriously.
All sensitive order information
is sent via 128/256 bit encryption. Orders are processed on a highly secure
256 bit encrypted web page. All information is sent to our database via
the same protection.
Is my personal information safe?
All personal and payment
information is never kept on any server at any time. This eliminates any
possible "hacking". If there is nothing there; then there is nothing to
hack. All personal information is stored on our OFF-LINE terminal. Credit
card information is removed on a weekly basis.
In addition, we do NOT share,
sell, rent, or disclose any customers information to ANYONE for ANY reason.
We give EVERY customer the UTMOST privacy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept Money Orders, Paypal,
and Google Checkout.
I do not want to use my credit card
over the internet. What other options do I have?
We understand that not everybody
is conformable with using a credit card over the Internet. So, we
offer a few alternatives:
1. We offer Paypal
as a checkout option.
2. You may fax
your order to us.
3. During checkout
select "Credit Card via Phone" and we will call you and obtain your credit
card information over the phone.
4. During checkout
select the Money Order option, and mail a Money Order with a copy of your
order.
How do I place an order?
1. Every product
page in our online catalog has a "But It Now" button:
2. Simple Click the
"But It Now" button to add the item to your shopping cart. You
may add as many item as
you like to your shopping cart.
3. When you are ready
to checkout, simply click the "Checkout" button located on the
shopping cart screen.
4. On the Shopping
Cart page enter your Name, Address, and Email address. Then select continue.
5. Verify that your
address is correct, select your payment method, and then click continue.
6. This will bring
you to our payment page. Enter your payment information, and then click
the "Order" button. This will send your order to us securely for processing.
