Terms and Shipping
Payment Method
There is no minimum order required!
All
orders are to be prepaid. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
AMEX, and Discover), Money Orders, Online Personal checks, or other certified
funds. We will also accept PayPal!
All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
All orders will be processed within
24 hours of payment. Orders paid for by a Online Check or Money Order will
be held until they clear, and then processed within 24 hours. This usually
takes about 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
International
users: Please read out
policy for
International customers before ordering.
No matter which payment method you
use you may order products through our on-line store. If you are to
pay by Money Order or Online Personal Check, STILL use the online order
cart. Checks and Money Orders are an option on the checkout page
of our shopping cart.
Shipping and
Handling
We ship all orders within 1-2 days.
It usually only takes about 24 hours to process, and ship and order. Orders
placed over the weekend will usually ship on Monday.

Most orders are processed and shipped
within 24 hours of receiving the order and payment.
All orders will be charged shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS and/or Priority Mail. Other shipping methods
can be used if requested. No COD service is available. It takes, on the
average, about 3-5 days for an order to reach a customer.
Typographical
and Misprinted Errors
From time to time these things will
happen, But unfortunately we must say the we are not responsible
for typographical or pictorial errors and make every possible effort to
avoid them. We reserve the right to change or correct prices or substitute
products and manufacturers. Items picture may be representative items
only. Specifications and descriptions subject to change without notice.
Damaged Merchandise
You must report all damaged merchandise
to carrier (UPS or Post Office) and send PC Extras a copy of the inspection
report. The carrier is the responsible for reimbursement for damages,
not PC Extras. All parts, systems, etc. are tested prior to leaving
PC Extras and therefore PC Extras will assume no liability for damages
incurred during shipping.
Back Ordered
Items
Occasionally, a product may be out
of stock. If your item(s) is back ordered the following will apply:
1. If the backordered item is
scheduled to reach PC Extras within three (3) business days, your order
will be held up in order to complete your shipment.
2. If the back ordered product
is scheduled to reach PC Extras with five (5) to ten (10) days then your
order will be shipped without the backordered item. When the backordered
item comes in it will be shipped separately, without additional shipping
fees.
3. If the backordered item will
be out of stock for more than ten (10) days then the products will be deleted
from your order and you will not be charged for that item.
Annotations will be included on
your invoice as to which apply. In either case you will be notified via
email if an item is to be backordered and weather or not you have been
billed.

PC Extras On-Line Store carries the
manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product.
Manufacturer warranty information is subject to change without notice.
PC Extras expressly disclaims all warranties
either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchant
ability or of fitness for a particular purpose. PC Extras shall have no
liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other
liability, loss or damage arising out of, or related to the merchandise,
even if PC Extras or a PC Extras authorized representative has or has not
advised of the possibility of such damages. All merchandise sold
is new, unles stated. PC Extras makes no warranty as to the performance
of any merchandise sold. PC Extras is not responsible for system downtime,
lost data or any other damages. Due to a fluctuating market, all prices
are subject to change.
