Policy
Any product purchased online
from PC Extras may be returned within fifteen (15) days of the invoice
date. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All merchandise to
be returned for refund must be in original, new, re-sellable condition
and be accompanied by all original invoices, packaging, documentation and
accessories. There are no returns on custom built products.
We will not accept any merchandise
for return that has been assembled, attempted to be assembled, disassembled,
or altered in any way. If any of the above has been found to be done then
we can not accept the item for return.
All merchandise must be received
before any refund or replacement can be processed (no cross shipping).
Please allow up to one (1) week for processing. Original shipping fees
are not refundable. In all cases, returned product must be shipped
with an approved RMA slip.
Instructions
All returns require a
RMA number/slip. To receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number/slip, simply click the link below to go to the RMA form. You must
fill out the form completely to receive a RMA number/slip. All RMA numbers
issued are good for ten (10) days from the date of issue.
Once you receive your RMA
slip, please print it out and enlcose it with your item for return. For
faster service, please include a copy of your original invoice. No returns
will be accepted without a RMA slip.
