Policy
Any product purchased online from
PC Extras may be returned within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date.
Shipping and handling are not refundable. All merchandise to be returned
for refund must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and be accompanied
by all original invoices, packaging, documentation and accessories.
There are no returns on custom built products.
PC Extras
will not accept any merchandise for return that has been assembled, attempted
to be assembled, disassembled, or altered in any way. If any of the
above has been found to be done then PC Extras is immediately released
from any and all liabilities.
Instructions
All returns require a RMA slip.
To receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) slip simply fill out
the form below. You must fill out the form completely to receive
a RMA slip. All RMA slips issued are good for ten (10) days from the date
of issue.
After receiving your RMA slip pack
your item, enclose the RMA slip and ship your return to us.
You must also enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return.
In all cases, no returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
All merchandise must be received before
any refund or replacement can be processed (no cross shipping). Please
allow up to one (1) week for processing. Original shipping fees are not
refundable. In all cases, returned product must be shipped with
an approved RMA number clearly shown on the shipping label or package,
and with the ORIGINAL INVOICE enclosed.
Procedure
After receiving your returned item
it will be inspected and tested. If the item is found to be in proper
packaging and in new working order then a refund will be issued promptly.
All
refunds will be made in the original form of payment used.
